The Research Behind Seeker
Seeker runs on a live corpus of 200,000+ active job postings from 21 sources. New postings are added daily; each listing is re-checked periodically. We don't just match resumes against it. We study it, and we publish what we find, including the uncomfortable parts.

Our commitment: we do not inflate match scores or invent statistics. Every number we publish is a share of real postings, measured the same way each time and checkable against the source. Read the full methodology, or browse all of our market research.
Your Privacy
Resume file deleted
Your original resume file is deleted after analysis. For signed-in users, the text extracted from it is kept for up to 90 days so saved analyses and application tools keep working, and it is removed if you delete your account. We keep a career summary (job titles, employers, dates and skills) without your name or contact information to power your results. We never sell your data.
Encrypted transfer
All uploads and all transfers to our service providers are encrypted in transit (TLS).
Analytics you can switch off
We use PostHog, Google Analytics and Ahrefs for usage analytics, and no advertising pixels. They run by default, none of them ever see your resume, and you can turn them all off on your device from the privacy page or Settings.

I built Seeker because I was tired of applying to hundreds of jobs with no idea if I was even competitive. Recruiters have market intelligence tools. Job seekers get “you might be interested in…” emails. That's not good enough.
Seeker started as a personal tool to understand my own positioning. When friends asked to use it, I realized everyone has the same problem. So I made it free and opened it up.
The goal is simple: give every job seeker the same data that hiring teams have, without charging a fortune for it.
