Analytics

PostHog, Google Analytics and Ahrefs help us see which pages work. Turning analytics off stops PostHog, including session recordings, and keeps Google Analytics and Ahrefs from loading. The choice is saved on this device and browser, so set it again on others.

Session recordings run only on public pages, such as the home page, guides, blog, pricing and sign-in, with all text and form fields masked. Pages that show your resume or applicant data (results, dashboard, profile, settings, tracker, upload, weekly digest, Seeker Agent, onboarding and shared results) are never recorded. New recordings are kept for 30 days. Before October 19, 2026, recordings masked only form fields and could capture text on results and profile pages, including details from your resume. We have kept those earlier recordings; details.

• If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, analytics are already off. You don't need to do anything.
• If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, analytics stay off until you allow them.

Always on

These keep the site working, so there is no switch for them. None of them go to analytics or ad companies.

• Sign-in cookies, set only when you sign in
• A cookie proving this browser ran an analysis, so only you see its full results
• Short-lived security cookies that protect uploads from abuse
• Short-lived cookies that carry where you came from (a campaign link or referring site) into your account when you sign up
• Your analytics choice itself, and the region check that decides whether we must ask first
• Browser storage for your saved analyses, dismissed notices and similar settings

Emails

The weekly digest, job alerts and checkout reminders each include an unsubscribe link. To stop any other email from us, write to the address below.

Access or delete your data

Email support@seekerscore.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We delete accounts within 48 hours and answer other requests within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.

Seeker Agent (private beta)

If you are in the Agent beta, it keeps application records for your runs. Remembering your answers for later applications and staying signed in to employer job sites are separate agent settings, both off by default. In Settings you can remove the résumé saved on this device and delete saved answers. Everything else, including the agent's own copies, is deleted by hand when you email support@seekerscore.com. There is no automatic expiry yet.
