Terms of Service
Last updated: February 8, 2026
1. Overview
Seeker is a career intelligence platform that analyzes resumes against live labor-market data to produce positioning analysis, role alignment scores, skill gap assessments, and career trajectory insights.
The service provides decision-support intelligence. It does not constitute employment, financial, or legal advice. It does not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, or compensation outcomes. Results are analytical estimates based on available market data.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the results.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. This includes uploading a resume, interacting with results, submitting feedback, or using any feature of the service.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By uploading a resume, you represent that you are authorized to share the information it contains and that the resume belongs to you or that you have express permission from its owner.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or fabricated information
- Upload resumes you do not own or are not authorized to share
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract scoring logic
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
- Interfere with platform operation or attempt to access other users' data
- Misrepresent your identity or intent
Violation of these terms may result in immediate access restriction without notice.
5. Rate Limiting and Fair Use
The platform enforces rate limits to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. You may upload a limited number of resumes per time period. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary or permanent restriction.
Rate limits are subject to change without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its scoring systems, calibration models, analytical frameworks, visualizations, and all underlying software are proprietary intellectual property of Danylchuk Studios LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the service without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the resume content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your resume for the purpose of delivering career intelligence.
7. No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Career intelligence is probabilistic. Results reflect analytical estimates based on available data, not deterministic predictions. Market conditions change continuously, and analysis reflects a point-in-time assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danylchuk Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or reliance damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Employment decisions or outcomes
- Compensation or negotiation results
- Hiring processes or interview outcomes
- Career trajectory or advancement
- Lost opportunities based on analysis results
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danylchuk Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Payment Terms
Certain features of the service may require payment. If applicable, pricing and payment terms will be presented before you complete a purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
Refund policies, if applicable, will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
11. Termination

13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of California.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
