We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Model delivery and trade implementation of Separately Managed Accounts.

Rebalance client accounts as needed following client directed flows. Trade execution consisting o f foreign ordinaries, ADRs, and U S securities. Manage and coordinate trade instructions. Prod uc e and review internal rep o rts such as dispersion/drift, price valu a tions, cash rep o rts, reconc i liation, and cli e nt restrictions. Liaise with various personnel from the specialist investment managers of BNY Mellon (e.g., portfolio management, operations, trading, client services, corporate actions).

Active participant in developing solutions to support new business and increased efficiencies. Interact with outsourced SMA service provider daily. Other duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry preferred. Experience with Bloomberg , Charles R i ver IMS, Archer IMS, Microsoft Excel preferred.

Knowledge o f managed a ccou n ts business and understa n di n g o f settlem e nt/tradi n g r e quirem e nts a plus. Ability to analyse problems and provide resolutions. Superior communication skills and detail oriented. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team. No direct reports. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. Series 7 and 66 or equivalent, p r ef e rred; If not, w illing to obtain.
