Join a Small Unit with a Variety of Patients! Our Intensive Care Unit or ICU unit is comprised of 16 beds including CVICU, MICU, Surgical, Neuro and Trauma (10-11 beds for CV/ICU Patients) with an open-heart program and STEMI receiving center. A Culture of "High Fives": We celebrate you with Employee of the Month awards, unit spotlights, and a genuine team-first mentality. Career Advancement: CVICU training, Preceptor/Team Lead tracks, and a robust Career Ladder. Manageable Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 ratios, supported by MultiCare techs and resource nurses. Expert Support: On-site Intensivists during the day and specialized Tele-ICU support at night.
