Program Director, Mercer County

Program Director needed for full-time, direct hire position in Mercer County.

Seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the daily operations of a residential behavioral health program serving youth and young adults. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees residential services that include crisis intervention, counseling, life skills development, health and wellness, supportive housing, and family reunification or independent living preparation.

The Program Director provides administrative and clinical oversight of program operations, supervising and developing staff, managing scheduling and budgets, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, overseeing crisis response and incident management, monitoring program quality and outcomes, and collaborating with treatment teams, families, community partners, and outside agencies. Additional responsibilities include staff development, program reporting, service planning, quality improvement, and ensuring the program operates effectively and in compliance with all agency and funding requirements.
