We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our Hilton branded hotel, inspire our team, and deliver exceptional guest experience while achieving strong operational results.

About the Opportunity

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and successful operation of the hotel, ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained, guests receive outstanding service, employees are engaged, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient department performance.
• Maintain brand standards, company policies, and quality assurance expectations.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop department managers and hotel associates.
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and effective expense management.
• Oversee labor management.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and brand performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing hospitality team.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, corporate brand representatives, vendors, and the local community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior hotel leader required.
• Experience working within a branded hotel.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of brand standards, guest service expectations, and quality assurance programs.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and operational reporting.
• A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
