Location: Remote (US preferred). San Francisco or Los Angeles is a plus.
Employment Type: Full-time
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Sales to own sales operations and the AE team at Reacher. Reacher is an AI-powered TikTok Shop affiliate platform trusted by 3,000+ brands. This is a senior, hands-on seat: you will set territories, make quota visible, build the processes, and manage the people. We are not looking to promote a junior AE into this role. You will take over the ops, accountability, and reporting work that founders are covering today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the AE team, including performance coaching and day-to-day accountability
- Set territories and keep quota, leading metrics, and attainment visible
- Build and run sales processes: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and regular ops cadences
- Hold the team to outreach volume, conversion, and quota
- Work with founders so AEs keep selling while you own the operating system around them
- Hire and ramp AEs as we grow across the US, Canada, and other English-speaking markets
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience as a Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or similar at an early or growth-stage company
- A track record of setting territories, quota tracking, and sales processes
- You've managed AEs and created accountability without needing to close every deal yourself
- Comfort working in a startup and doing the ops work yourself at first
- Clear communication and a bias toward simple systems and visible numbers
NICE TO HAVE
- B2B SaaS sales leadership, especially selling to e-commerce brands or agencies
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or creator marketing
- Experience with CRM and sales ops tooling (HubSpot or similar)
