Ascension St. Vincent's is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our Mobile Health division! The Rural Mobile Health Midwife provides comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and women's health services through a mobile health and telehealth model serving underserved and rural communities throughout Northeast Florida. This position focuses on improving maternal and infant outcomes by increasing access to quality care, education, and community resources for high-risk and vulnerable populations.
The Midwife will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, patient navigators, and community partners while supporting Ascension St. Vincent's mission of compassionate, personalized care.
