We counted how often each skill appears in operations manager postings, then compared that to how often it appears across all 288,571 jobs in the corpus. Skills that show up everywhere — communication, teamwork, benefits — were filtered out because they describe no role in particular. What remains are the skills genuinely characteristic of operations manager work. Each is shown with its ‘market multiple’: how many times more common it is here than in the market at large.
