Nurse Manager- Cath Lab at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NNR) (Facility Managed) - if employed in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation) California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of RN Leadership experience (Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager) 3 years of RN work experience specific to Cath Lab/ IR Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
