Job Details: Job Description Position: General Production Summary Tyson Foods New Holland Complex is seeking candidates for General Production positions. Team members must be willing to work in any processing department and on any available shift. Responsibilities may vary by department and production needs. Requirements Willingness to use scissors and knives to process chicken products. Ability to work on a fast-paced production line with continuous movement.

Willingness to stand and work on platforms approximately two (2) feet above floor level. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials and products as required by the assigned department. Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including: Cold and damp areas Hot and humid areas Areas with slippery walking surfaces Ability to walk up and down stairs, as some departments are located on lower levels.

Willingness to work in any processing department and on any available shift. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, climbing, pushing, and pulling. Repetitive hand and arm movements while processing products. Regular lifting requirements, with weight varying by department. Ability to work on elevated work platforms. Work Environment Fast-paced poultry processing environment.

Exposure to cold, damp, hot, and humid conditions. Exposure to wet and potentially slippery surfaces. Use of hand tools such as scissors and knives. Rehire Eligibility Former Tyson team members must be separated from Tyson Foods for at least 180 calendar days before being eligible for rehire. Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods three (3) or more times are not eligible for rehire. Applicants who do not meet the rehire criteria will be removed from the hiring process.
